For many years I struggled with periods of extreme neck pain, where every day I would drag myself through the morning, feel almost normal again after lunch, and then be completely exhausted again by 4-5 pm. I tried a range of potential cures, from physiotherapy to massage, but nothing had a significant result - until I started a course of treatment with Dr. William, the situation was better.

After Dr. William did acuinjection therapy around head area 2-3 times and gave me physical therapy, many of the neck rotations got smoother. Over time he greatly reduced the terrible aching from my neck that I'd thought I would have to live with for the rest of my life. I feel it is worth it when getting examined at this hospital. The doctor’s therapy helps my neck to improve a lot. I will come back to this hospital when I have any other health problems. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiliam, as he genuinely wants his patients to get better. He is a very friendly and compassionate person, who constantly reflects upon his own practice to improve the health of his patients.

Dr. William Hospital was near my house and I saw there were many patients so I wanted to try with my stomach problem. The quality here was good and the facilities were also modern. I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat anything because of the stomach discomfort. I had indigestion, pain, intestinal metaplasia, and acid reflux so my treatment period was 3 weeks. Doctors and nurses here treated me very carefully. After receiving acuinjection therapy, I felt much more comfortable. I didn’t feel bloated after eating anymore. I can now eat well through the meal and have no stomach pain.

Being cared with Dr. William has been outstanding due to always being on time for my appointment time and very professional. Anytime I wanted to know more about my treatment, he always explained what he was about to do and why, plus making me feel comfortable through the whole process.

I had 1 day of chest pain treatment at Dr. Wiliam. After a weak self-test, I found out that my cholesterol level and my heart were bad. Although the doctor pressed my heart, I felt pain, and since I was always going to the hospital with chest pain, I received medicinal acuinjections on my face and wrists.

Within only one treatment, I realized how much better I felt after discussing my symptoms with the doctor and comparing them to how I'd felt when I first came to see him. After receiving herbal acuinjection, surprisingly, there was no heavy feeling in my chest area and I felt cool. Now I can breathe, my nose bleeds have stopped, and the constant pain and discomfort I felt every day has disappeared completely.

It was surprising that Dr. William’s treatment could be like that and I hope other people can try this treatment. I am very pleased with the treatment and my speedy recovery. Thank you very much for helping me get better.
